Who are Level 1 exercises for? (Passive mode, mirror mode)
Level 1 exercises are designed for individuals beginning their hand rehab journey, or who have
little or no voluntary movement in their hand.

Passive Mode
Passive Mode automatically opens and closes your affected hand
Watch your hand and attempt the movements with the glove
This mode also provides a gentle stretch, ideal for relieving stiffness or tightness in your fingers

Mirror Mode
Mirror Mode requires: Rehab Glove and Mirror Glove
You may need a friend or carer to assist you in putting on the gloves
In Mirror Mode, your affected hand will copy the movements made by your unaffected hand
This helps excite areas of the brain involved in moving your affected hand
It's very important to actively try the movements with your affected hand while the glove guides you.

"Make sure you are concentrating on trying to move your affected hand inside the Rehab Glove!"
Who are Level 2 exercises for? (Opposition Mode, Fine Motor Mode, Mirror Mode with Functional Task)
Level 2 exercises are designed for individuals who already have a small amount of active movement in their arm and/or hand, or want to upgrade from Level 1 exercises.

Warm up first!
Option 1
10 minute warm up with our Level 1 Exercises
Option 2
10 minute warm up with electrical stimulation
(The device shown below is the Syrebo Wireless NMES Device)

Opposition Mode
Opposition Mode is designed to help your hand practice pinching and gripping motions by moving your thumb and fingers toward each other. This mode prepares your hand for re-learning fine motor skills and functional hand use.

Fine Motor Mode
Fine Motor Mode is designed to isolate individual finger movements
This mode prepares your hand for activities that require fine motor skills.
This mode provides stretch to each of your fingers individually

Mirror Mode Functional Task
Mirror Mode allows you to practice functional tasks with your affected hand, such as grasping and releasing objects
Be sure to actively try moving your hand inside the Rehab Glove for the best results!
Introduce an object, like a ball or block, or anything similar you have at home, to practice grasping and releasing with your affected hand. This adds variety to your practice, engages your brain, and helps improve real-life, functional hand movements.

Who are Level 3 exercises for?
Level 3 exercises are designed for individuals who already have some arm and hand movement, but want to build strength and develop more advanced functional hand skills. Remember to warm up with Level 1/2 exercises or with electrical stimulation for at least 10 minutes !
Mirror mode training with everday objects and tasks are is recommended in Level 3 exercises.
Step it up a notch!
Challenging your brain with a variety of everyday tasks helps enhance learning and improve practical hand skills for real-life activities.
